We're only at the decision phase of our window project, but so far we've had a good experience, the *** from DaBella is knowlegeable and gave us enough options at prices that worked for us, so we're overall happy with how the *** conducted himself and what he offered. I am disappointed that not all of the best energy efficient features are available on the more basic windows, but besides that I'd be fine recommending this company to my neighbors.

He gave us detailed information on what is covered under the company warranties and the ability to do one transfer during the 50-year warranty if property ownership changes within the warranty period.
