Roof went on quick the contractor was licensed didn't have to use it though. They cleaned up the site after they took the water away. The sales team was very helpful and walked me through the whole process.

We had a good experience with the technician who came to do an inspection, explain the company's materials and policies, and set up the process to get new siding. He was very thorough in answering our questions and concerns. (*************************** was the tech)

***** was super friendly and so informative. We asked that he suspend the "fluff" and he did, but all the info we received was pertinent to OUR roof. Everything felt so personalized. I can't wait to see how our roof will turn out. The inspection shed some light on what our inspector missed when we purchased this year. He gave us an overview of what we were looking for in a roof and the warranty is top notch AND transferable.

*********************** did a thorough inspection of our roof which we knew needed repair. He said they would remove all of the old shingles which is a much better way of shingling in the house. Explained everything about the company the product and how the repair would be done. Once the job is complete, I will leave another review which I anticipate will also be positive
