I had called the ************* to cancell my appointment, however they send someone out anyway. When *** arrived at my home he was not aware of my cancelation. I did invite him in and he measured the area. He gave me choices of colors and options of grab bars, and benches. He seemed to know his job very well. He quoted me a price. I told him I will think about it and get back intouch with company.
****************** and Wiatte H. were very thorough throughout the inspection process and are very knowledgable on the industry. I would highly recommend using the two of them and DaBella.

DaBella did a shower install for me. The sales ***** ******************************* and ***************************, went over everything thoroughly and explained every question to my satisfaction. Overall, I am happy with the product. However, for the last star to have been given, the timing to fix issues could have been better. Not horrible where I was unable to use shower issues, but cosmetic issues. All my complaints were addressed and fixed.
****** was absolutely amazing! She is super friendly and super real, she makes you laugh and goes into detail about anything and everything. She made the whole process very enjoyable.
Very great customer service! Their representative ********************* made sure I understood every aspect of my new home improvement project and was able to answer all of my questions. The process to get started was simplistic and fast to begin the project.
