This management is shady. They really do not give two crap about the tenants’ living condition. In the 10 out of 12 months we lived there, there was horrible construction noise in the floor below us that the management never warned us about. They only sent out an email acknowledging that there was a construction at all to residents two whole weeks AFTER people started calling to complain. I recently moved into a building managed by this company, and the entire experience has been great. The property is clean, well-maintained and managed with care. I want to especially highlight Nart for making the move in process hassle-free and seamless. He was professional, patient and genuinely invested in ensuring everything went smoothly. Easily one of the best agents I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend!
Finding the apartment and signing the lease was incredibly smooth. Staff is very professional and responsive. Couldn't ask for a better landlord!
Had a good experience while renting, housing was clean and well taken care of and the super was responsive. The minute we moved out we received radio silence, unresponsive super, management said we would get our security deposit back and it’s now over 30 day past moving out and still no deposit back. No response to countless emails, no response to calls or call backs. Very shady, would not recommend.
Absolutely terrible experience with Dalan Management. We had to move out after dealing with a leaking ceiling, broken A/C in the middle of summer, mold issues, and a washer and dryer that never worked — all of which they refused to replace. Every repair required constant follow-up, and it took nearly two months of weekly chasing just to get our security deposit back.
