This management is shady. They really do not give two crap about the tenants’ living condition. In the 10 out of 12 months we lived there, there was horrible construction noise in the floor below us that the management never warned us about. They only sent out an email acknowledging that there was a construction at all to residents two whole weeks AFTER people started calling to complain. Avoid This Management at All Costs This is hands down the worst housing management I have ever dealt with. While the leasing agent is friendly, their support completely disappears when you actually need help after signing the lease. This management is unreliable and unresponsive. I’ve had a broken AC/heating unit for over a YEAR, and this past month have been completely ghosted by management after they said they ordered new parts and would be fixing the unit shortly. I’ve quite literally sent hundreds of notices at this point and know of multiple other residents dealing with poor communication. If you want reliable building management, look somewhere else.
I mostly enjoy living in my building. However, every summer, the AC conveniently does not work in any common areas aside from the first floor. Today, it is 95 degrees outside and 85 degrees in the common areas around my building. This makes all of our units much hotter. For my one bedroom unit, my energy bills in the summer are upwards of $250. The staff is friendly and mostly helpful but it is unacceptable to pay this much in rent to be this hot.
