I just moved in last month and have had 3 packages stolen so far and so has my roomate. According to other residents this happens to them all the time. Packages are stolen daily. I had a package stolen that I need for my mom's 60th birthday this weekend and it was stolen soon after being delivered. The. Worst. This company ran my building into the ground with absentee management, reduced amenities, and when a neighbor threatened me ON CAMERA, they refused to get involved. They don’t take phone calls, they don’t answer emails, they just slum every property they own until they can get a payday.
Dalan Management is the best management I have ever had Chris Lee and Ron Comstock were always super responsive, ensured everything was up to standards, and overall very kind. I took a lease over from one of their properties for only 6 months and Chris took the time to write me a recommendation letter for my next apartment.
