Rick and his team were amazing to work with. He helped guide us through the process of making the multiple decisions in the total remodel of the pool and decking. The project was very large and encompassed our entire backyard and patio. This was scary to us because we haven’t done anything this major. When the project was completed, we were ecstatic that it turned out even better than we expected. Their attention to detail was outstanding. We would heartily recommend Dallas Cool Pools for a remodeling job. Communication was clear and prompt, and the job was completed in a timely manner. Rick Rodriguez and his team are truly amazing! I’m all about integrity and honesty and I can truthfully say Rick is a man who keeps his word. I would never hesitate to recommend DCP for all of your pool needs, whether it’s a new pool construction or updating an existing pool. Thank you Rick for the great job you and your team did.
Rick and his wife Jessica are the absolute best to work with. Building a pool is a big investment and decision, and they treat it as such. Rick was so responsive with all my questions along the way and made it an incredibly seamless process. What I appreciate the most is that even though the pool is complete, I can still call him for any question or concern. I am so glad we chose them to do our first pool!
The owner Rick is a stand up guy. His team was professional and hard working. They used a contract for all deliverables. They followed a strong process with constant communication. Very open to feedback, and addressed any concerns immediately. Great price, tremendous quality. Thanks to Rick, Alan and Jessica too!
