I was hesitant to enroll my daughter for driving school, I thought I would do Parent Taught. I'm so glad I didn't. This school has been incredible. My daughter actually came home and stated "It's the most fun I've ever had learning." The classroom and in-car instructors treated her as if she were their daughter and the office staff were always welcoming and answered my questions (and I had a lot of them.) I have recommended this school to all my friends.
Being a parent of fifteen year girl, she has been constantly bugging us about getting going with this. Their cars and vans are parked in the lot. This particular store is right be Krogers and at Northeast corner of Lake Forest and El Dorado. The woman we met was very personable. We will be signing her up with them. I like the fact that they will shuttle kids from Boyd over to their site. They takes that inconvenience away from the parents. The person we talked also was very reassuring. I never write reviews but the whole experience of the Driving School of North Texas in Allen was so bad I felt like this was needed. The people are extremely rude and inconsiderate of your time. I was on time for my driver's test appointment in the morning, and nobody came to greet us or get started on the test. Finally an instructor walked in nearly fifteen minutes later but did not apologize for being late and continued to drag on the already delayed appointment. You get charged for having a sick kid with a fever??? My child started feeling bad on Sunday. I called in as early as I could on Monday because my child was still running a fever. I guess next time I'll send my child sick so the instructor can catch it.
I wouldn't recommended this driving school to anyone. Some of the staff member are very rude and they try to nickel and dime you for everything!!
They are so rude, and do not give you a refund if you have an inconvenient when going to the road test appointment.

This place is bad! They care more about money than anything else. I paid them $150 and showed up and realized my sons permit had expired. We were there 5 minutes. I called to reschedule and they told me (rudely) that I would have to pay again! C'mon - I even offered to pay half due to the expired permit but they answer was NO. Don't use them! I'm also filing a complaint with the State of Texas on the fleecing of student drivers

It states very clearly on our website that you must have all your documents and a valid permit to take a road test. Since your son's permit was expired we could not administer either test because driving with an expired permit it against the law. It also states very clearly that there are no refunds. Terrible experience with sons first driving lesson. They told us he didn't need much time in a car, so we did some of the basics with him. Mike F never stopped shouting and yelling at my son. Were going to cancel, my son was visibly upset. These people have a terrible customer service but don't care because they are so busy. Would not recommend at all!
