Forever grateful for Dr Haan and Dallas Ear Institute. My son is now 5 and we had a check up from his ear surgery. Always kind and thorough and so helpful and encouraging. We feel so lucky to get to work with this amazing Doctor!

Very compassionate and professional staff. Asked relative questions about my hearing loss and then actively listened to my responses. Very thorough examination to pinpoint any problems that could be helped. PA Krysten Whaling was personable and I never felt "rushed" as she and I talked and she explained each exam on my ears. The audiologist also was patient as she did further hearing tests. Thank you for your time. A pleasant doctor visit. God bless.

Highly recommend for ear cleanings and testing. We didn’t need in depth hearing specialized care like a lot of patients who come here, but the provider Krysten was thorough, very pleasant to be around, caring and put the patient at ease. We were called in at 7:55 am for 8 am appointment. Working at the doctors’s office myself and having to wait for most all appointments for 30-40 minutes on average - this is impressive. If you need a place for your hearing needs pleased give them a try.

I've been a patient of Dallas Ear Institute for 9 or 10 years, and have always been treated well. Today I had an appointment with Krysten Whaling in the Frisco office. She has treated me numerous times in the Dallas Office. Krysten quickly diagnosed my current vertigo challenge, and performed an office procedure to greatly improve my issues. Krysten is professional, knowledgeable, communicates well, and very compassionate. I will continue going to her in the future.

When I walked through the office door, the gal at the desk greeted me in such a personable and friendly way! To me the ones at the front desk really set the tone for the office. That initial impression is very important from a patient’s viewpoint. Then after that positive beginning, Krysten Whaling was so delightful, very caring and thoroughly addressed my concerns.
