Wonderful staff and doctors. Dr. Rodgers was amazing with my son. Made him feel at ease and confident going into surgery. And he was able to a repair a ruptured eardrum where three prior surgeries had failed. So thankful I was referred to Dr. Rodgers.
I was referred to Dr. Yoav Hahn after seeing two other ENTs, and without a doubt, he is the best in the area. His staff is wonderfully efficient, and the scheduling process was smooth. Dr. Hahn is extremely detailed, knowledgeable, and capable — he thoroughly explains procedures and takes the time to answer questions. I highly recommend him to anyone needing expert ENT care.
I have an extreme hearing infliction. I had been to two other hearing centers, both of which resulted in positive customer care experiences. The only problem was that I couldn't hear sufficiently... I was very reluctant in wanting to throw money at a third set of hearing aids, but I felt almost destitute. I met with Dr. Lydia Ramanovich. She conducted my hearing test, but then did some other testing which seemed to be more advanced than testing from other centers. Dr Hahn is a knowledgeable, competent and compassionate surgeon, and thoroughly explains your procedure. Follow-up has been great with no problems. His staff is genuinely kind, friendly and helpful!
I had nothing but a great experience. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. They answered all of my questions with a smile. My audiologist was very special. She made me feel like I was special and important. She explained everything in a way that was very helpful. I loved her! Dr. Rodgers was perfect . He explained everything in a way I could understand. I sensed a great deal of empathy. His words were very helpful in explaining the process of getting hearing aids. So kind. My total experience was a 10.
