I had nothing but a great experience. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. They answered all of my questions with a smile. My audiologist was very special. She made me feel like I was special and important. She explained everything in a way that was very helpful. I loved her! Dr. Rodgers was perfect . He explained everything in a way I could understand. I sensed a great deal of empathy. His words were very helpful in explaining the process of getting hearing aids. So kind. My total experience was a 10.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hahn. He is amazing. My surgery, recovery and follow ups have been smooth and easy. His bedside manner is top notch!
Everyone so nice and very personable and professional. The lady performing thd hearing testing was very good . My doctor Krysten was amazing and also was very thorough. I would not have anyone but her clean my ears. She is so good and gentle in performing the cleaning. For those who might read this review and scared to have ears cleaned, don’t be, she makes this pretty much painless and you will not regret having this done.
Dr. Lydia Ramanovich, Au. D. is without a doubt the absolute best audiologist I have ever been to in my life. She’s smart, caring, professional, and help me beyond imagination. I highly recommend her and Dallas Ear Institute to anybody needing help with their ears!
The office is clean and comfortable, the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, the audiology technician was great at explaining everything and Dr Whaling did a great job of clearing my ears and working on my vertigo.
