Not satisfied at all. I was treated very poorly. Up on arrival I was quoted $888 for installation of a sink. A sink I purchased from Home Depot. I agreed to pay even though I know it was on the higher end. Later after taking my sink out the worker gets on the phone with his supervisor & I over hear the supervisor tell the worker to charge me for all these extra expenses, including the purchase of my sink that was NOT purchased from them. I have had various heating and cooling companies come out to check my furnace for the season. They have been adequate. This year it got past me. I just received a flyer in the mail with a good/great price to perform a furnace and gas fireplace check from Dalton Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electrical, & Fireplaces . Henry T. their technician called me earlier than scheduled to see if he could start early. Henry did a very thorough job on the furnace check/tune up. After years of collecting dust our ducts were in need of a deep clean. Jordan from Dalton Plumbing and Heating came and did an amazing job. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Would definitely recommend!!!!
5 stars for Dalton! We needed our AC and furnace checked out following a home inspection. They arrived on time, inspected everything thoroughly, and confirmed our systems were in good shape. Professional, fast, and highly recommended.
I called Dalton out yesterday to look at some electrical issues. I’ve been having in my garage and my basement.The electricians were friendly and ultimately resolved the issues with my garage outlet and basement wiring. They found a blown fuse, repaired a loose connection, and corrected some wiring issues, and everything is working well now.
