Not satisfied at all. I was treated very poorly. Up on arrival I was quoted $888 for installation of a sink. A sink I purchased from Home Depot. I agreed to pay even though I know it was on the higher end. Later after taking my sink out the worker gets on the phone with his supervisor & I over hear the supervisor tell the worker to charge me for all these extra expenses, including the purchase of my sink that was NOT purchased from them. Ben was the serviceman who carefully completed the project of disassembly of our Casablanca ceiling fan to install a new operating system, receiver board, and electronic wall switches requiring the determination of how to achieve the correct multi-functions of the fan/lighting and subsequent reassembly. I have had various heating and cooling companies come out to check my furnace for the season. They have been adequate. This year it got past me. I just received a flyer in the mail with a good/great price to perform a furnace and gas fireplace check from Dalton Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electrical, & Fireplaces . Dalton Plumbing Heating Cooling Electric & Fireplaces has been fantastic to work with. They have excellent communications and they've always shown up on time. The technicians are friendly and very professional and do excellent work. We've used them multiple times and will continue to use them.
I contacted Dalton after some appliance installers told me they couldn't hook up my new washing machine because the shutoff valve for the hot water supply wouldn't close properly. A plumber came out and looked at it for a few minutes and found the problem right away - the valve just needed to be shifted to the right a little bit so the handle could be turned all the way.
