I have been looking a long time for a Doctor who will actually sit down make eye contact, and really listen to what I am saying. Thank God I found Dr. Powell. Right away I felt welcomed by the staff, and had very short wait. I was the last patient of the day and he took so much time with me. He was thorough and being a retired nurse we had a great conversation. Dr. Powell makes you feel comfortable and does not rush. He will be my and now my families Primary Care Physician.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr Powell for about three years. Dr Powell has a lovely bedside manner. I never feel like I'm being rushed out the door and feel like he takes my complaints seriously. I rarely have to wait and if I do, it isn't long. Prescriptions are sent while he's in the room with you. Often my prescriptions are ready by the time I get home! Office staff is courteous, responsive, and helpful. If a pharmacy calls to get refills, Dr Powell and the office respond very quickly

Dr. Dan Powell did not have the recent medical report and when I told him, the older report was incorrect, Dr. Dan Powell stated that was all he had. After traveling to get the correct report within the hour and delivering it to Dr. Dan Powell, I was told to come in, then before the visit, I was called by a staff person and rudely cancelled to come in.

My husband was serviced by Dr. Powell and his P.A in a lot of pain no test to confirm his pain just sent home with the wrong meds and misdiagnosed. my husband ended up in the emergency room costing us over 5,000 in medical bills and 1650 out of pocket. plus my insurance still has to pay the visit for being diagnosed and a copay. this has been so disappointing and facilities should be held accountable. I have called several times to resolve this matter and noone seems to care or return calls.
