Very swift, positive and helpful responses received from Diane. Susan at the gate is a honey. Her and Ed are very friendly and helpful. It is conveniently situated near the marina or highway. Never an issue and I was confident my boat was safe. Simple, secure and friendly. Exactly what I needed. Very Happy with the storage.

Basic RV storage without water availability, dumping facility. Gravel lot well maintained. Friendly gate keepers. Excellent location for residents of Dana Point are. A little expensive due to it's location near the beach in the high rent area.
So simple, convenient, and everybody is so kind. It’s a huge step up from the last place I had my RV stored.
It was convenient with easy access. Staff, Ed and Susan were always friendly and helpful.
