Brandon was our agent. He was great at answering all our questions quickly and got us our beautiful home. Dane county title was awesome in helping us close quickly with no hiccups our signing was quick, organized and friendly. I would highly recommend both

Heather our closing agent told me she had sent the full packet of closing docs for our review. In fact, she sent only 5 pages out of the 19 page set. When I inquired about this and requested she send the full packet, she rudely told me she has been working 14 hour days and if I really needed the docs, she would have to reschedule our closing. We had a fairly straight-forward cash sale of property. Heather was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Also pulled some last-minute favors to make both parties' lives easier.
