Daniel & James are good at what they do.
Video therapy not a problem, I have a great therapist. However I have two issues, 1. prior to check in for your appointment the system asks lots of questions about your mental feelings and status, to me this is just for their record and nobody probably monitors this. 2. they are very quick to levy $100 for any appointment changes with in 24 hours. On one occasion the system cancelled my appointment and kicked in $100 late fee. I did not call to cancel. Even in case of any emergency $100 is billed.
