Everyone at the facility was super helpful, confident, competent, and understanding and my situation. They handled my care with the Perfect amount of delicacy. After leaving, I had no question on what exactly to for mine next step in my care. I don’t think that any other clinic in the United States could’ve done as good of a job as Dr. Simmons's team. Thank you so much for allowing me to be a patient at your facility. Great job guys. See you soon.
Dr. Simmons is a great physician. I had to have an EMG to test for some potential nerve issues. With a test that can be stressful, Dr. Simmons made me feel comfortable throughout the test and it was 100% easier than I expected. I've had this test done before and the one in the past was not as pleasant as this time with Dr. Simmons. I appreciate the new knowledge and technical tools he brings to neurology. Add all this to his friendly personality and professionalism, I highly recommend him for any of your neurological needs.
Dr. Simmons was thorough, thoughtful, and truly listened to my concerns. I felt heard and respected, and he took the time to carefully explain his thinking and next steps. His attention to detail and commitment to finding answers gave me confidence and hope during a difficult health situation.
Dr. Simmons is the best! He treats his patients with the greatest respect. In testing my nerves, some things were puzzling to him. I was his last appointment for the day. He knew that I came from Oregon to Boise, Idaho, so he asked if we could spend more time right then and perform more tests rather than having me come back. He spent two extra hours with me. I'd refer him to anyone that needs to have neurological tests done that wants to do that in a comfortable and thorough environment. His support staff was also good.
Dr. Simmons was kind and professional. He spent extra time explaining my husband's condition and answered all of our questions. Even when the questions had no clear results,he gave us options and showed us patience.
