I've been in therapy off and on for over forty years. With that being said, I have alot of respect for Daniela Barou and LifeStance. She has helped me in so many ways. I can honestly say she has saved my life on more than one occasion. I also see Janelle Aguilon and she is great as well.
I see both sides in perspective and am able to get better healing. I am confident that Daniela will tell me how to proceed for success. I’m happy I found life stance.
Ms. Barou-Stich was thoroughly professional and thoughtful in this first session, and very good at explaining her methods and approaches. Also, she listened very carefully to what I explained as the issues that I want to continue to deal with.
Daniela is the best. She continues to help me with a multitude of issues. I'm fortunate to have her help. Daniela tunes in to me; she hears me. Her guidance has been spot-on. Thank you, Daniela.
I need help. I feel I have found that help with Life Stance. I want to live. I know I have a great support system that Danielle, therapist, provides. I can have hope. I am hopeful that as Iong as I stay, in this program, I will continue to live.
