I drove 50 minutes for a five minute appointment. Why could this not have been a tele visit? The staff ignored me while I tried to check in using a link that gave me an error ( everyone who came in received the same error) and when I asked for assistance, the staff made me feel like I was bothering them. Due to the clients being served at this doctor’s office, the office staff should be able to provide better support and be kinder!

Dr. White is so amazing! She listens fully to really understand the patent. After months of frustrating hit or miss approaches to assisting me with my problematic issues, she solved in with one appointment!

I had a tele-health visit using my phone. I had already installed the application on my phone and when my time came, I received a message to join the doctor’s room. It was very easy and efficient. It was like being face to face without the driving time to the doctor’s office and back. Having completed my health questionnaire in advance, the doctor was able to address the issues during the visit, while I was also watching the questions and answers on my computer screen. Dr. Daniela White has been our doctor for more than 10 years. She is very professional, never rushes and explains everything in detail so that you walk out of her office feeling understood and well-cared for. She and her Staff are great and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend them any time!
