I drove 50 minutes for a five minute appointment. Why could this not have been a tele visit? The staff ignored me while I tried to check in using a link that gave me an error ( everyone who came in received the same error) and when I asked for assistance, the staff made me feel like I was bothering them. Due to the clients being served at this doctor’s office, the office staff should be able to provide better support and be kinder!
Dr. White is so amazing! She listens fully to really understand the patent. After months of frustrating hit or miss approaches to assisting me with my problematic issues, she solved in with one appointment!
I had a tele-health visit using my phone. I had already installed the application on my phone and when my time came, I received a message to join the doctor’s room. It was very easy and efficient. It was like being face to face without the driving time to the doctor’s office and back. Having completed my health questionnaire in advance, the doctor was able to address the issues during the visit, while I was also watching the questions and answers on my computer screen. Dr. White is cool, if you one day find yourself in her office be sure to check out her Center Table Fish Tank, took me 30 minutes before I noticed it and it was right in front of me! My provider Michelle Petmi never rushes me during our appointments and asks lots of questions and listens to my needs. LifeStance is a great place!
I am extremely disappointed with this doctors office and would give zero stars if I could. I have waited three months for an appointment for my child and now that we are two weeks out I received intake paperwork which no one at the office can answer questions about. One of the forms I wanted some clarity on, specifically the form listing various fees such as a $25.00 fee for a prescription refill outside of an appointment.
