I had a 6 month follow up appt with a different PA but was called and told that PA had left the practice so they rescheduled my appt with Danielle Jividen. I used the link texted to me to check in, fill out my forms and pay my copay prior to my appointment. When I arrived 15 mins early as requested, there were instructions on a sign to use a QR code to check in. I followed the instructions and hit the button on the app saying I was here. Ms. Jividen was extremely professional and very pleasant during my visit. I look forward to seeing her again if Dr. Rojas, my primary care doctor, if he is not available.
