Really enjoyed Danielle - very patient as I was over 15 min. late trying to find 66 Country Club Rd. Had to go into to 2 businesses and congested traffic to ask directions. The secretary agreed that their Bldg. is “conveniently tucked away”. During the apt, I rec’d a call from home that my Grandson tested positive to Covid after spending all morning with him, Danielle was so kind to find me a mask.
I hate to do this, but I have been reaching out to Lifestance for 10 months, and my very real concerns have fallen on deaf ears. Ms. Neuhauser is not trauma informed, and her incompetence as a therapist did far more harm than good. Buyer beware.
