Daren is a great listener and has been a huge influence on how to better my mental health and manage work stress. He is there to listen and support my thoughts and feelings, while challenging me on them to help me work things out in the best way for me.
The interaction between us helped a lot, plus gave me some tips to consider. I think it was the best counseling I experienced.
