Constantly raising prices with no warning. You only find out after you get an invoice. Dropped me as a client for no reason with no explanation in the middle of tax season after I already submitted a biz return that I was waiting for. Zero stars if I could. Thankfully my new accountant found tons of errors and oversights in my 21-22 personal and biz tax expenses and write-offs that I was able backtrack and recoup some money.
