This may change.. but after 3 weeks of being ignored and multi messages I dont see how this team has a 5 start review grade. You can't get beyond the secretaries who have all been nice. But are the lawyers NOT getting the messages? I dont think its professional not to respond to potential clientele. If you need time to look over case say that. Its that simple.
