Dr. Wallstrum is the kindest doctor I have ever worked with. I feel very seen, understood and cared for with her. She is the epitome of a caring understanding and lovely person. I feel very lucky to be in her care.
She is absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend her to anyone. I seen her as the person I normally see is out of the office right now. It was like sitting down with an old friend. She is so easy to open up to and and is willing to help in any way she can.

I have been a patient for two years. I absolutely love both my therapist and the above Wonderful woman. She has been there for me in every way possible. One of the absolute best. !!! What I am not happy with is the change from Psych BC to Lifestance. The "corporate" experience is far from pleasing. The constant changes to the website are troubling. And frustrating. We didn't even make it back to see anyone. After 45 minutes sitting in the waiting room, we decided to leave. I work as a patient service representative, and I would never let a patient sit knowing full well the doctor was running behind without at least telling them. And how long would we be waiting if we had not left? Not one person had the courtesy to even say anything until I went to the window after 25 minutes. The lady just said, yeah she's running behind.
