We did some shopping around before getting in touch with Dave and found that he was quite responsive in comparison to some others we called. He was very patient and kind. He answered all of our questions and got us into a great house at a great rate. He was very flexible in terms of working with our schedules and took calls after hours. That type of availability is very rare out here in Hawaii.
Dave was great to work with. Especially appreciate his time to fill out our application at night (many apologies to your family for keeping you on the phone so long!!) and being so flexible with our work schedules.
