This was our first time trying Dave's Hot Chicken, and it was definitely an experience! I took three kids with me, and since none of us had been there before, we needed a little time to figure out the menu. First time trying Dave's Hot Chicken and it wont be my last. Came here on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty empty, but by the time I left, there were quite a few customers. Saif took my order and he was friendly and pleasant. He offered to explain anything on the menu and repeated his name in case I needed anything. Excellent customer service, Saif!!! Very common but lives up to the hype, if you want some good chicken and don't wanna go to Chick-fil-A etc. Go give this a shot!

OMG amazing people working at Dave's Hot chicken Franconia, it's my favorite place to eat, great food, great service and great atmosphere. Mohamed always give us a big smile and propose many choices to eat. I love it and I recommend to everyone to try Dave's Hot Chicken at Franconia.

Went back to Dave's for a second time today and tried the mild sandwich -- and that made all the difference. The flavor was great without being too spicy. I'd definitely go back. Service was excellent, my food came out fast and hot, and the Dave's sauce is an absolute must.

Ive been wanting to try this place for a while, and I am so glad I did! My husband and I split the two slider combo w medium spice level. The chicken was moist and flavorful. The chicken was coated w like dry rub spices vs the actual spicy sauce, which was a pleasant surprise and great taste, and great spice. Fries were also crispy and good. The place was clean and had great customer service. We will def be back.
