It was my first time visiting and trying the food and I have to say they definitely get a 10 out of 10 from me. And it’s hard now a days to give that kind of rating in today’s world especially in regards to customer service. I wished I would have gotten the guys name in drive thru who took our order. At Dave’s Hot Chicken, where spices entice, Victor’s warm welcome made everything nice. With knowledge and smiles, he guided our way, Recommending bites that brightened our day. The honey sesame bites, a new delightful surprise, And the loaded fries in a perfect, small size. Victor’s care and his charm, beyond just a trend, He helped every guest like a true, trusted friend.
Tried Dave’s Hot Chicken and wow, Dave’s 2 sliders beat Dave’s 1 tenders any day! The bun in the sliders soaks up that tangy, smoky sauce perfectly and super tasty. As an Indian, I’d say go medium or hot for a nice kick without losing the flavor. Extra hot? Too much, skip it. Fries were crispy, service was quick, and I’m already craving more sliders!
Dietrich and Vielisha were 10/10 - quick, kind, welcoming and accommodating. The entire staff went above and beyond for multiple customers and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Cannot say enough about the staff. The food came out within 20 seconds of ordering hot and phenomenal. I got the Dave’s 3 and loved every bite. Do not hesitate to get some chicken at Dave’s on Bryson Rd in Irving.
Food is always hot and fresh. Service is friendly and professional. And the restaurant is always clean. I definitely recommend this location.
