The employee was friendly and nice but it was her first time and she recommended us the reaper sauce and we were not told that we were supposed to sign a waiver and we were under 18 but we didn’t know that wasn’t aloud until we later googled it. Ordered a singular chicken tender and it took 20 minutes! The reaper flavor was insane. Shared one tender with 5 people and we were all sweating and crying and our mouths were on fire. It is also extremely spicy on the way out

First time trying Dave’s Hot Chicken, and it was an okay experience. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which I really appreciated. The sauce was delicious and definitely the highlight of the meal. The chicken was a little overcooked and slightly burned, but it was still okay. I do think the food is a bit overpriced for the quality, but overall it wasn’t a bad experience. I’d probably give it another try in the future.

We came through at 7:48 PM today on Mother’s Day on May 10th. We were the only customers in the drive-through and there was hardly anybody inside either. And yet, we waited about four minutes until somebody answered us at the speaker box. That’s ok, all right. But we order and then we pull around to the window—once again, no other customers in line and hardly anyone inside. Service was amazing- mobile order new menu item and Zach (Zack?) helped us out. Guy was absolutely awesome answered questions made sauce recommendations. Considering the absolute lack of service most places provide now days, I can honestly say this was the most pleasant experience I’ve had at a fast casual dining place in years! I am writing this review because that level of service deserves recognition!

Stop by the bank on your way. It is so exspensive and the meals do not even include a drink, in 2026. Food is very good but the music was very loud. So 2 sliders(#4) were $24.07. Of course they want you to tip also even though you get your own food and drinks.
