First time coming here and tbh I had no idea what to expect. Walking in the different colored light bulbs and the walls were painted really cool. The mascots a bit funny looking but what matters to me is the food and how friendly the staff is. The workers were very helpful and friendly, Charlotte helped me out A LOT. Excellent food. Spice is a fully customizable intensity dry rub and quite pleasant in the lite mild format. Dave's sauce is zesty & sweet. Definite mustard undertones but not overpowering. Chicken is crisp & juicy inside. Portions are ever so slightly underwhelming. From the chicken on the bun, to the fries and even the cheese cup... it was like 80% of what my gluttonous self expected. Delicious chicken sliders. They are very well seasoned, crispy and juicy. Lots of different spice options which is nice. The crinkle cut fries are nicely seasoned too. Service was very fast and friendly (on opening day!).
Went to the New Berlin location, wow is this place clean! The staff are so friendly and even asked me how my meal was, offered me more sauce, Arnoldo went ABOVE and BEYOND to make this a pleasant dinning experience! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Oh my gosh! The food is amazing and the Carolina Reaper slider definitely lives up to it’s reputation! The staff is extremely friendly and nice. The place is clean as well. But if you love delicious chicken this is the place to go. No matter your spice level they can and will accommodate you. This location in particular has wonderful and attentive staff. 5* all the way.
