I visited this place in Birmingham city centre and ordered a take away as I did not have time to eat in. I placed order at 5:42pm and received the take away box at 6:42 pm. I missed my train. And it was just one small loaded fries. In the kitchen, no matter it is a take away, delivery or eat in the staff works on series of order numbers itself. Finally trying this place. Makes it easier that they got the self serve screens. Went for the Dave’s #3 which consisted of a single slider, single tender, piece of bread and fries. Drink was separate. Extra hot for me, had some kick surprisingly. Wanted to try reaper but wanted to enjoy my food for the first time having it. A nice vibe and colourful place. Chicken tenders were tasty and hot with a slight sweet taste, interesting served with a slice of bread and gherkins. DONT go to this place. I seen it on tiktok, looked really nice when i ordered a chicken burger. BRO there was LITERAL mold on my burger bun, i told the workers and they made me a new one, which i decided to take home with me as takeaway. WORST hygiene I’ve ever seen!!!!! The food as usual is 10/10 however every single table was dirty, oily and full of left overs. There was only one guy (young, curly hair, hat on, goat-T beard) who was clearing and cleaning all tables with the girls on the till chatting. He was the only person with a smile on his face and happy to help when we asked a question.
