We had some delicious loaded fries and milkshakes here after the cinema recently. The place is clean and has a cool vibe. The prices are a bit higher than other chicken takeaways but this is easily justified by the superior quality. The signature and honey sauces were both very tasty.

Heard good reviews about this place so we decided to give it a go. Had to wait a while to order at the self order terminals as there were only two. The people in front of us were undecided on what they wanted to order so made the wait longer. Not sure why as the menu is only small. Once we placed our order the food arrive quickly. If we're rating solely on the quality and taste of the food, then I'm inclined to give the highest marks. However, where Dave's Hot Chicken fails is on the presentation and on the price. You're paying far too much for the amount of food you get, no matter how good it is. You'd be looking at spending at least £15 per person to get something substantial. I have visited Dave’s in London and Birmingham and have always been impressed. The food and service here wasn’t as good. The tender in my slider was quite small compared to what I have gotten at the other stores. The lady who served at the till here in Manchester was so nice, I wish I got her name to give her a mention. Unfortunately the lady wiping tables was not very nice! I asked her politely if she could clean our table and she responded quite abruptly.

Addictive in the best way! Chicken and chips taken seriously here. Massive and juicy tenders! Crispy seasoned fries. Daves Sauce is delicious and you can a big tub of it which is a must! Its soo good! Love you can choose the spice level. Worth noting medium feels more like mild so dont be afraid to go hot. The sauce will balance it along with the honey packets you can get. Not exactly sure why the bread comes with it as I think this why some people including myself have experienced a soggy batter on one side on the chicken... read more
