Heading back from Luton, we passed by for a quick bite and it was a great stop. The decor really stands out… bold, vibrant, and impossible to miss. The place was quite busy, so we had to wait a bit for a seat, but that’s always a good sign. Ordering was straightforward using the kiosk, and the menu is simple and easy to navigate. We visited Dave’s Hot Chicken in Stevenage and really enjoyed the sliders. The chicken was cooked perfectly and full of flavour. While each bun only came with one fillet, they were quite big, so it was just about enough, although two fillets would have made it even better. The chicken didn’t quite fill the entire bun, but it was still a satisfying bite. Second time we went to eat here. The very first time was packed, was sooner after they opened. My son coosed then hot spicy meal and he didn't like it, couldn't eat it, was way too spicy hot. Second time we visited on the 2nd April, and was way better, no crowded, we had clean table straight away, the time for getting our order was not too long, acceptable. Amazing food, good tunes, David our server was absolutely lovely! He was understanding and accomidating of my allergy. Good air con too! Overall fab experience would really reccomend.

It was an impromptu visit as we had one hour between our trains at Stevenage station. We were served by a great guy, Steve, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with every aspect of the visit. He guided us on menu selection and he was spot on. The chicken was extremely tasty and high quality too. The fries, mac & cheese and sauces were also first rate. Overall this was a great first time visit and we would highly recommend it.
