Heading back from Luton, we passed by for a quick bite and it was a great stop. The decor really stands out… bold, vibrant, and impossible to miss. The place was quite busy, so we had to wait a bit for a seat, but that’s always a good sign. Ordering was straightforward using the kiosk, and the menu is simple and easy to navigate. We visited Dave’s Hot Chicken in Stevenage and really enjoyed the sliders. The chicken was cooked perfectly and full of flavour. While each bun only came with one fillet, they were quite big, so it was just about enough, although two fillets would have made it even better. The chicken didn’t quite fill the entire bun, but it was still a satisfying bite. Just stumbled across it as didn't know it was in stevenage.. great surprise though! Chicken was juicy and tender but Crispy and very flavourful! The spice was nice as wasn't over powering but had a nice kick to it. Would recommend👍

Second time we went to eat here. The very first time was packed, was sooner after they opened. My son coosed then hot spicy meal and he didn't like it, couldn't eat it, was way too spicy hot. Second time we visited on the 2nd April, and was way better, no crowded, we had clean table straight away, the time for getting our order was not too long, acceptable. I visited on a Saturday evening - I'd heard good things about Dave's and hadn't had the chance to go to their branch in central London so was keen to try here. I expected it to be busy but I was really disappointed by the waiting times - it took 10 minutes queuing to even make an order as they only have 2 order terminals, then another 35 minutes to get my food.
