I’d never been to this place, but the funky signage attracted me. When I walked in, I was warmly greeted by an associate named Amiah. She was incredibly helpful and patient with me as we decided what menu items worked best for us. The food was delicious and her recommendations were on point! I will definitely be back for more!
It really lives up to the online spicy community hype. The sauces were phenomenal, and the chicken was perfectly breaded/cooked. The dude working the register when I was in (February 11th at about 1:30pm) was also really nice and helpful. He is management material for sure, his attitude was so positive it would be disarming to angry people.
Our experience was great and Vanessa had excellent customer service. The food is good every time we come here we love this place
My kind husband picked up food last night and saw our order had split sauce everywhere inside the bag. The worker were notified of the situation and brushed it off by saying "it's just sauce". Well last time I checked, I was a paying customer and didn't beg for food. Even people on the streets aren't treated like this. The lack of professionalism and customer service is lacking.
