The staff was very kind. My order was perfect. And the food was very hot. It doesn't feel like any other restaurant I've been to.

So excited about this opening in grafton- The chicken was perfection! The Mac and cheese was delightful. The restaurant was very clean. The only reason I didn't get it 5 stars was because we had to go back up to the counter 2 different times to have our order fixed. We weren't given a cup for a drink we paid for, we didn't get our coleslaw or our ranch.

I ordered online. As soon as I walked in, the lady asked if I ordered online. Then she said I needed to wait for one second which was total ok. 16 mins passed by, no one called and everybody just walked in and out. I went up and asked the gentleman, then he just grabbed the food and handed to me. Where's the common sense here to call customer when order is ready especially you already asked if I ordered online and I was standing right there and waiting? Poor customer service.
