It was an amazing experience at Dave’s hot chicken Grafton! Every aspect of a restaurant was perfect! They are very well staffed long line, but only waited less than five minutes. It was pretty busy when I went, but somehow the food came in less than 10 minutes. They have greeters and people always checking to see if you need anything. Shawn was great at that! Stopped in for the first time and the food was great, music in the building was a little loud, but the staff were also great. This was my place of choice for a birthday lunch and there was a handmade note left on my order after the person ordering added a note in the “who is this for” area, which they didn’t have to do but it was a really nice gesture
Shawn or Shon the greeter was very helpful asked how our food was during our meal! And my kids are already saying it’s better than Canes 😂 But yes come see the new Dave’s hot chicken in grafton wi!! Try the fruity pebbles shake!!!
Food was excellent! Really great job on second day. Large line , yet extremely efficient! GREAT JOB! My only complaint, quick service counter resturants should NOT!!! "BEG" for tips (the register NOT the employees, they were great!) Management Should pay their "FANTASTIC" employee's a full wage, not us when our order is close to $20 at a quick counter restaurant we are already paying the same as a full service restaurant. Employee's are great, management cheap and greedy 🤷 PAY THEM FAIRLY, SO WE DO NOT HAVE TO!!!!!!!!!
Saw they were open finally so thought we’d give it a try. I’m so glad we did. The chicken slider amazing. Chicken tender amazing. Fries amazing. Bites amazing. I love the fact that the chicken is crispy crispy not soggy crispy. Run don’t walk to Dave’s Hot Chicken today.
