It was an amazing experience at Dave’s hot chicken Grafton! Every aspect of a restaurant was perfect! They are very well staffed long line, but only waited less than five minutes. It was pretty busy when I went, but somehow the food came in less than 10 minutes. They have greeters and people always checking to see if you need anything. Shawn was great at that! Stopped in for the first time and the food was great, music in the building was a little loud, but the staff were also great. This was my place of choice for a birthday lunch and there was a handmade note left on my order after the person ordering added a note in the “who is this for” area, which they didn’t have to do but it was a really nice gesture

Shawn or Shon the greeter was very helpful asked how our food was during our meal! And my kids are already saying it’s better than Canes 😂 But yes come see the new Dave’s hot chicken in grafton wi!! Try the fruity pebbles shake!!!

I had an amazing experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Simon at the front door — super friendly, welcoming, and set the tone for the whole visit. The service was quick, the place was spotless, and the food was absolutely fire. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor.
