Even though it's almost New Year's Day, and the store was slammed, our food came out fast fresh and delicious as always. The staff is extremely professional courteous, and always willing to help. 10 out of 10 will definitely eat here many more times!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 I had an amazing experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken! The food was delicious — the chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. The service was great as well. Sam handed our food over the counter with a warm smile, and that small moment of friendliness really stood out and made the visit even better. Thank you, Sam, for the positive energy! I’m normally a HUGE Dave’s hot chicken fan, crave it once a week, been to 5 different locations. This location is SO disappointing and not like the others. Avoid if you want good service and tasty chicken! Although it’s the closest to my house, I’d drive further to the other locations for much better chicken and better service. One of the best chicken tenders I’ve ever had. The special sauce adds such a great taste. The fries are nice and tasty. The food overall was fresh and tasted amazing. The staff is so great. The cashier, Isaac, was super friendly.
I ordered through DoorDash, and my order was continuously delayed while kiosk orders placed after mine were prepared first. I only ordered one chicken tender, yet I waited over 30 minutes. What’s worse is that my order wasn’t even started until I complained to the staff. Only after I asked why it wasn’t ready did they finally talk to the kitchen.
