1st time here after it opening. 1st took quite a while to get the food. When I got it my chicken pieces weren't warm at all. The fries are very well seasoned and very tasty. The slice of bread is odd and out of place- dry. The server offered some honey and this was very nice drizzled over the chicken. The chicken itself was very tasty and moist but just not hot at all. We were staying at the Crowne hotel over the weekend for an event at the NEC and ended up coming to Dave's for lunch on both days - the second day despite the much longer walk from NEC! Really good quality chicken breasts, great fresh taste and wonderful flavours. Natasha and Ayesha helped us both days and they had great customer service experience that made it easy for us to come back to. It was clean and quiet for a Tuesday afternoon. We were served by Sabrina. Very friendly. She checked with us that everything was ok. We will come again.
Food was great and the customer service was excellent. The staff member Natasha was very attentive, police and friendly.
Not sure it lives up to the hype for me. I have tried this place a few times now and I am not sure the food lives up to the hype. The chicken was cooked perfectly still lovely and juicy whilst being crispy. The actual flavour from the seasoning adds nothing at all spice levels having tried from mild up to extra hot.
