Food was excellent. Can’t fault it. Lots of flavour. Best chicken burger I’ve had in a long time. Staff were excellent. Very quick service. We ate in, lots of seating. Plenty cleaning stations.

Exceptional customer service from Aliyah. We were greeted with a big smile from Aliyah at the counter. She checked on my children and I on the table. I had to ask Aliyah if this was a ‘family business’ as the sense of ownership was evident. She said that she is an employee. My son found the burger too hot and she offered to replace it immediately. The food and customer service was A+++. I felt compelled to write a review for great service.

It was clean and quiet for a Tuesday afternoon. We were served by Sabrina. Very friendly. She checked with us that everything was ok. We will come again.

The food was great, and the customer service was excellent. Natasha was especially attentive, polite, and friendly, making sure we were well looked after throughout our visit. Her warm and professional service made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning.

We were staying at the Crowne hotel over the weekend for an event at the NEC and ended up coming to Dave's for lunch on both days - the second day despite the much longer walk from NEC! Really good quality chicken breasts, great fresh taste and wonderful flavours. Natasha and Ayesha helped us both days and they had great customer service experience that made it easy for us to come back to.
