Firstly? Customer service is off the charts. Very friendly and courteous. Second....the chicken tenders were ok but definitely lacking that crunch you want from fried chicken. Each tender was served on a slice of bread that was unneeded. Third.....prices. A 3 piece tenders with Mac salad was $33 with taxes. Way too much imo. A 10 piece tenders was listed at $80. Way too steep for this customer.

This is honestly a nice spot overall. Right when you walk in, the interior stands out, it's open, spacious, and has lots of seating. The walls have bright paintings everywhere, which adds a fun touch, and the whole place feels really clean, organized, and well kept. Even though it was packed when I went, everything still felt under control and not chaotic at all. The service was really efficient, especially considering how busy it was. Have to say the quality and service is some of the best I've seen for a fast food restaurant in Brampton. I got a spicy #3 (Tender and Slider) and got my food in 5 minutes. It was delicious and the chicken cooked to perfection. Great quality ingredients for the fries and burger as well. Everything was up to mark including the service. The staff is very professional and made sure to clean the tables after every customer right away. This place is Halal certified as well. Will definitely come again

November 3/2025: Solo dinner at a new Dave's Hot Chicken in Brampton. I had the Dave's #1 Combo. 2 Tenders with Fries ($16.99). Also added 2 additional Tenders ($7.99/ea). Total bill was $37.26!! Wow! That was a lot! Cash out asked for a tip...just taking my order & was prompted for a tip! That pisses me off!! Service was very slow. Took 15+ minutes AFTER ordering to get my food. I've heard a lot about Dave's for a while and finally found the time to check it out. I went at approximately 5:30pm so there was a mini rush which was expected. I went with the Dave's number 3 and was able to upgrade my fries to Mac and cheese for $2.99 extra. The food I will say was a miss. Bland and unflavoured considering how expensive it was. This is not an equal opportunity employment establishment. They do not take the time to properly train those who need more attention. They gave my daughter 3 shifts then didn't include her in the schedule since. Absolutely unfair. This place should be ashamed of itself. Every time my daughter applies for a shift available she is turned down flat. Please stay away if you need special training and more attention to detail. This place is a disgrace.
