Had such a great experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken today. JC and the entire staff were genuinely some of the kindest, most accommodating people I’ve interacted with at a restaurant. Everyone was welcoming, patient, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. On top of the amazing customer service, the food was great too. You can tell they really care about their customers and creating a positive atmosphere. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while, highly recommend!
