I used to go to Dave’s all the time on my way home from work at the location by Lane Tech when I lived in the city. Now that they are in Arlington Heights I don’t have to day dream of their chicken anymore! Perfect quality every single time

The staff were super friendly and kind. I used to work in the food industry myself, and as a manager, I understand how difficult the job can be, especially when food is made to order. My biggest concern is with management, not the employees. It was clear that the shift was not being properly overseen, and the kitchen seemed very understaffed. I’m a huge fan of Dave’s Hot Chicken and have been to almost every location in the Chicago and Milwaukee area. I was excited to try the new Arlington Heights branch, but it was honestly one of the strangest restaurant experiences I’ve had. ​We arrived at 5 PM on a Friday and the place was packed, but strangely, almost no one was actually eating, everyone was just waiting. The service is great, everyone is polite and helps you out if you’re not sure what to get. The food is great, one of the best spots for chicken!

Wonderful made me cry tears of joy the moment i bit into the sandwich it is so good and I would definitely come again. The fries are delicious and customer service is exceptional.
