Great lunch spot! Dave’s Hot Chicken offers a solid variety of boneless chicken options. I ordered ahead on the app and pickup was seamless. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. My food came out fast and piping hot. They did forget one of my sauces, but everything tasted great and I definitely wasn't disappointed. I'd go back!

First visit to Dave’s Hot Chicken and I’m already a fan. From the moment I walked in, Molly provided exceptional customer service. She noticed it was my first time, took the time to explain the menu, helped me choose sauces, and made ordering easy. What really stood out was that she later checked back in while cleaning tables to make sure everything was great. That level of hospitality is rare in a quick-service restaurant. And the food? Today, Dave’s Hot Chicken in Cutler Bay was a disappointment overall. I’ll give credit where it’s due, the food was decent once I finally got it. But waiting over 20 minutes for a simple to-go order is ridiculous, especially when you’re expecting something quick and convenient. I wanted to give them a fair chance, but the experience just didn’t match the hype. First time trying this place out it literally got my attention because is Spicy 🌶️ Chicken 🍗 I ordered this delicious 🤤 cheese Mozzarella stick and it gave crunch to the bite a steady spicy taste I Love It !
