❌ Extremely Disappointed – Terrible Management & Huge Time Waste! I have visited the Touhy Ave location of Dave's Hot Chicken 7 times this month, and every single time, it’s the same frustrating experience. They have self-service online kiosks, but they keep them offline constantly. Attempted to order on-line, Skokie not available. Called to place pick up order and was rudely told "we are not doing that". Good to see business is so good you can turn it away. So many other options in this area. Sad new restaurant poor customer service.
Great food like always, the only issue is that employees are yelling and fighting at each other. Which puts a bad image on this place. I hope management can look into this.
