The chicken is excellent! Very crispy yet moist. The fries are prob my favorite of all these places - Crispy and seasoned well! The thick, crunchy pickles are an added plus! Customer Service: considering it is a new place, and that they’re operationally still getting up to speed along with the massive number of guests showing up, i’d say the staff is doing an outstanding job. They are all very courteous and attentive and whatever little mistakes were made, they quickly rectified them hassle free.
I’m honestly beyond disappointed. If I could give this place 1 star, I would. $41 for food that was cold & bland. Then to make it even worse, I found a piece of PLASTIC in my food. In this economy, people are working too hard for their money to be served trash and unsafe food. Completely unacceptable. I definitely won’t be coming back.
Dont waste your time , needs new management, manager doesn’t care and your order will take more than 20mins or come out incorrect. Not very hygienic either
The food is amazing kinda slow service but they just opened and you can tell they are focused on the quality of the food the seasoning is where its at go spicy!
