The chicken is excellent! Very crispy yet moist. The fries are prob my favorite of all these places - Crispy and seasoned well! The thick, crunchy pickles are an added plus! Customer Service: considering it is a new place, and that they’re operationally still getting up to speed along with the massive number of guests showing up, i’d say the staff is doing an outstanding job. They are all very courteous and attentive and whatever little mistakes were made, they quickly rectified them hassle free.
Staff was really friendly and accommodating! Will be back very soon!
I’m honestly beyond disappointed. If I could give this place 1 star, I would. $41 for food that was cold & bland. Then to make it even worse, I found a piece of PLASTIC in my food. In this economy, people are working too hard for their money to be served trash and unsafe food. Completely unacceptable. I definitely won’t be coming back.
The first time I went to this location and ordered in store it took about maybe 15 to 20 minutes to get the food. The food was so good. The Second time around I ended up downloading the app So we could order head to cut down on the wait time by the time, it was already on the shelf, waiting for me. The only thing that they had to Prepare Fruit punch slushy with pop rocks.
Super amazing friendly & welcoming staff (especially Akira)! Place is very clean and bright! Nice convenient location next to Starbucks/BJs. Went early 11:30a & got their Meal#4 & ofc I loved their chicken slider! I got it in "medium" heat but I'll try the next level "hot" next time since it felt like I got the "mild" instead (everyone got different spice level tolerance, so might just be me too) HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I'LL BE SURE TO COME BACK!
