Lovely manager and team the came to us asked us we were looked after amazing team
I came to the store at 1:40am. As I was entering, a staff member came up to the door and said they are closed. I asked why, because they close at 2am. She then told me it’s because “the boss is pissed”. Not sure how that warrants closing the store early, but overall super disappointing to someone who was excited to try this chain for the first time. 0 stars.
The manager helped us we saw him at front and running back and forth for our order that’s the dedication customer looks for kudos to the manager ❤️
I spent $170 on my order. My $30 chicken bites weren't in the bag, and neither was the sauce I asked for which I thought just came with it but I was charged for that too. The poured my milk shakes and slushy immediately, and you can imagine how great those were after waiting 20 minutes for them to cook my order. All of the combo boxes were mislabeled.
