So overhyped for what!! Taste like plastic, and the line is so long. Waited over 20 mins for my food even though it was just a 5pc. The employees were also yelling in the back at each other, it scared a couple of the clients
Save your money and go get chicken anywhere else, this place it was so so disappointing. I was really excited to try this place and the food was really gross. I was most let down by the mozzarella sticks. They looked nothing like what I’ve seen advertised, they were ice cold and soggy and small. The chicken was dry, bland, had absolutely zero flavour and a chalky texture. The fries were alright, best thing about the meal was the few slices of pickles they give you. For the price I paid for my meal, I feel robbed.
This was a very unpleasant experience. I ordered my food on Uber Eats for pick up. Once I got there, I was told it would be an additional 10 mins. I ended up waiting 30 mins to get my food and it was cold. The flavor of the actual chicken is good, but we received everything cold which made it less tasty. We ordered the Spicy buffalo TL Mac and cheese which is supposed to be "piled high with Mac and cheese" as claimed on the menu, but we received barely a spoonful of Mac and cheese on top of a lot of fries. Food was okay. Nothing wow, same as other places. Line to order was quick but there was definitely a long wait time to get the food. This was around 11 pm. Totally understandable as it was the first day open to the public and busy. I will say their customer service was good. I don’t know her name but whoever was handing out the orders was apologetic for the wait time and super nice and tried to speed it up for me with the kitchen. Waited about 20 mins for our food but the food was great. Only downside is that it was quite hot inside. Mozzarella sticks are amazing. Workers are very generous with the sauce! Overall great experience here and would recommend.
