I decided to try this new establishment while in town running errands. I placed my order via the kiosk and paid to upgrade one of the sides from fries to macaroni and cheese. Because I live two hours away, I explicitly asked the counter staff to confirm that the order was complete and accurate before leaving. Customer Service Was Amazing, Wait Times Were Super Reasonable For Being Super Busy & Just Opening Less Than A Week Ago, Food Is Pretty Basic, There Sandwich Is Just A Piece Of Chicken On Slices Of Bread No Slaw,Sauce or anything, Sliders Were Pretty Good, Food Is Extremely Expensive For What You Get & Drinks Are Not Included In The Combo
Food was hot and crunchy the tenders were huge. The staff was super friendly and helped with everything with an amazing smile on their face. I would would give it 6 stars if I could
Food is good the chicken is tender but the spice level is up to par. I got extra hot this time around and it didn’t even tickle the dangling thing on the back of my throat. Next time I’ll pick the reaper level. Hopefully it’s spicy
After picking up my order, I arrived home to realize I had been handed a random customer's DoorDash order instead of my own. I attempted to call the store six separate times to resolve the issue over the phone, but no one answered. Left with no choice, I had to drive all the way back across town to get the order corrected.
