​I decided to try this new establishment while in town running errands. I placed my order via the kiosk and paid to upgrade one of the sides from fries to macaroni and cheese. Because I live two hours away, I explicitly asked the counter staff to confirm that the order was complete and accurate before leaving. The restaurant itself is very lively and engaging. I love the wall art and the urban feel of the interior. The employees were also very friendly and upbeat. If only the food was just as good. The fries were okay but the chicken was dry and hard and the pickles barely had any flavor, they also offered to give me extra ketchup but wanted to charge extra for ranch. Only place I've ever been to that did that. Overall, I don't think I'm coming back.

Customer Service Was Amazing, Wait Times Were Super Reasonable For Being Super Busy & Just Opening Less Than A Week Ago, Food Is Pretty Basic, There Sandwich Is Just A Piece Of Chicken On Slices Of Bread No Slaw,Sauce or anything, Sliders Were Pretty Good, Food Is Extremely Expensive For What You Get & Drinks Are Not Included In The Combo

This was our first time ever coming to Dave’s hot chicken. It was the best experience ever me and my son tried the reaper. My son was definitely suffering. The staff was amazing mad props too, John, Melina and charley best customer service ever they are awesome.
