Stopped by this afternoon and was really impressed. The line was around the corner and we waited about 20 minutes to get in and 30 minutes for food, but with how busy they were it was totally understandable. The staff were working hard, keeping tables clean, checking on people waiting for orders, and the food was delicious. For being open less than a week, they’re doing an awesome job! We had an amazing experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken! 🔥 What we loved most is that everyone can enjoy it, no matter their spice tolerance. You get to choose your own heat level, making it perfect for the whole family. My two sons absolutely loved it, and even my senior grandma enjoyed her meal! It is unclear whether this food is meant to be an insult, because this is one of the worst things I ate in my life. Extremely peppery and vinegary, cannot taste the chicken under the smeary cheap sauce, undone soggy fries and all this mess for $24. Decent service and seating area. Not sure why the food is so atrocious. It was absolutely inedible. So not bother even trying.
Most inefficient service ever. We waited in line for 45mins+ (understandable bc it’s opening week) all for them to not tell us that they ran out of mozza when we got to the counter. The one thing that we came there for…. Also no line control at all, people were skipping the line making the line stay stagnant. Had an amazing experience here! One of the higher ups overheard how my friend I were overstimulated cause there were so many people during their soft opening and brought us over milkshakes! Absolutely amazing customer service!
