I'll start with the positives. I went to the Nottingham grand opening and genuinely loved the atmosphere. DJ Cambino shut it down with the music, and a special shoutout to Jay and Daisy—they worked incredibly hard all day. Their energy was infectious, and their customer service really stood out.
