⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a really good experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken. There was a very upset and belligerent guest who was using racial slurs and insulting the staff. Despite the situation, the managers, Asa and Abbie, remained extremely calm, respectful, and professional throughout the entire interaction. They handled the situation peacefully and didn’t allow it to disrupt the experience for the other customers.
