I've lived at David Avenue Apartments for 3 years. It's a very nice place to live. The community is very quiet and neighborly, there are many long term residents. It feels very safe, we have never had any issues with mail or package theft and I've not heard of any car break ins or anything like that. Jacqueline the manager is great, she's helpful and easy to work with. The whole management staff is very responsive.
