I've lived at David Avenue Apartments for 3 years. It's a very nice place to live. The community is very quiet and neighborly, there are many long term residents. It feels very safe, we have never had any issues with mail or package theft and I've not heard of any car break ins or anything like that. Jacqueline the manager is great, she's helpful and easy to work with. The whole management staff is very responsive. I had an extremely disappointing experience touring this property. We arrived for our scheduled appointment and were left waiting approximately 15-20 minutes without any explanation or apology. From the moment we were finally greeted, America (property manager) was dismissive, unprofessional, and seemed uninterested in answering our questions.
