I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Littlefield’s office! From start to finish, the visit was smooth and welcoming. The hygienist was extremely professional and very thorough. My teeth feel super clean! Dr. Littlefield took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The entire staff is kind, attentive, and truly cares about their patients. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care.
I really enjoyed my dental visit today. I found the office staff (including the office manager, desk & hygienists) professional and charming from beginning to end, which created a pleasant environment. Dr. Littlefield performed a wonderfully thorough exam and also has an wickedly amazing sense of humor. I highly recommend.
I called this morning to schedule an appointment and the reception was able to fit me in same-day. They were gracious enough to call my insurance to make sure they were in network first, too. Months ago I went back and forth on the phone with a lovely receptionist trying to work out issues with my insurance so I could get an appt but never could find my insurance info, but their reception was so wonderful I knew I would be scheduling as soon as I had it worked out. Do not go to this dentist office. The front desk provides the worst customer service—patients are treated like they should feel privileged to be there, when in reality, it’s the office that needs the business. Completely unprofessional and unaccommodating. I have insurance they don’t accept, so I’ve had my exams, x-rays, and major work done elsewhere, but I came here for cleanings because the hygienist is excellent. Im a new patient with Dr.Littlefield and I had such a wonderful experience. Everyone was so welcoming and kind and made me feel at home from the moment I stepped into their office. Marla performed my cleaning and she did awesome she was so nice and talked to me throughout the whole cleaning and made time fly by so fast during my cleaning. I’m so happy I switched over to this office. Thank you Dr. Littlefield and team.
