Dr. Marks has treated my pain for years. He is kind, empathetic and a good listener, essential qualities for pain management. He acknowledges my needs and never minimizes my pain. As a patient, I can be a handful. Dr. Marks has been my pain management doctor for a couple of years and I agree with the other reviews. He is an outstanding listener. He cares about my quality of life. He recognizes the significant pain and anxiety I experience with in-person appointments, and accommodates my needs by allowing primarily virtual visits. I began seeing Dr Marks in 2021.I had just about given up on finding an empathetic provider.He and his staff always answer emails and inquiries.I feel comfortable talking to them about my concerns and medical issues.I feel blessed to have found them.
I moved last year, and he was treating me for pain management. He told me when I consulted him about changing doctors to my new location that if I needed him I was always welcome back. I recently talked with him via video phone, and he is becoming my pain management doctor again. He listens intently, asks great. Excellent experience and exceptional care. The Dr. is very detailed in understanding your needs and addressing/educating approaches. My quality of life has greatly improved thanks to Dr Marks care.
I talked a lot to get everything off of my chest. He patiently listened to every word without sighing or criticism . Asked me about my restlessness , depression, pain and etc. .. How well my meds are helping and even noticed that I have loss some more weight. Dr. Marks is so down to earth and not rushy like most doctors and not even arrogant to be pleasantly nice looking. He is cool ,calm and collective. Y'all should check him out if you have pain and psychological problems.
Dr. Marks is kind and understanding. He takes the time to listen to your distresses. He doesn't force medicine on you if other options are available like chiropractic, massage or PT outside of their office and are helping to maintain or improve your health.
