David McNail, he is a Psychiatric Nurse who is an phenomenal doctor. My experience with him was amazing. He cares about you and your well-being. He is kind and very patience giving you time to express yourself in any manner you needed to. David McNail from LifeStance Health let me know during our meeting that I could reach out to him or LifeStance Health if I need to talk to someone if I was depressed or down in spirit. My provider is fantastic, but the company itself is a little lacking. Very poor customer service, very hard to get in contact with the office (not the providers themselves) and not willing to work with clients on many issues. If my provider was not absolutely amazing this company would be getting 1 star.
