I love lifestance because as long as you have an hour, you can work on mental health. You don't have to drive to the office. Also, my personal psych, David Moss, is great. Especially, because i struggle to talk to anyone usually. But, he is great with prompting me into conversation and I feel he genuinely wants to help.
Getting set up with a psychiatrist and therapist was so easy. They both listen and are very empathetic. I have had other mental health providers over the years, but I think these are the best fit I’ve ever had.
Outstanding provider of mental health care. I love the option to schedule video visits as they are much easier to fit into my schedule, and David has been wonderful to work with for the last few years.
